In 1990, with the vision of planting seeds of hope in every corner of society, Ms. Hsueh-Ni Tsai and Mr. Guang-Ying Chao brought together numerous experts, scholars, and dedicated individuals from across Taiwan. On August 14th of that year, with approval from the Ministry of Education, they officially established the Kon Wen Cultural Foundation. Our mission is to engage in the research and promotion of various educational initiatives, including early childhood, school, social, and family parenting education. Additionally, we support educational publications, scholarships, social welfare programs, and international exchanges. Through these efforts, the foundation aspires to contribute to the advancement of education and foster the growth of hope throughout society.
To this day, Kon Wen Cultural Foundation continues to uphold its passion and commitment to education. It organizes a wide range of parent-child activities and thematic lectures while collaborating with schools to support families and children in their growth. Looking ahead, we hope to continue making meaningful contributions to society.
