Taipei City Government Bureau of Education Presents a Certificate of Appreciation to Kon Wen Cultural Foundation
During the Mid-Autumn Festival, Ms. Winnie Chao, the President, visited Chairman Chih-Min Tang of the Taipei City Bureau of Education’s Fund for Underprivileged Students and donated NT$100,000 to support financially disadvantaged students.
Ms. Winnie Chao continues the philanthropic legacy of our founder and chairman, Ms. Hseuh-Ni Tsai, passing down the spirit of generosity and investing more resources into talent development.
