Principal Yu-Cherng Chang of The Affiliated High School of Tung Hai University places great emphasis on students' learning abilities and recognizes that there is still room for improvement in both student numbers and overall proficiency. As a result, he continuously seeks innovative teaching methods.
/
Principal Chang highly agrees with the vision of Ms. Hsueh-Ni Tsai, the Chairman of the Kon Wen Cultural Foundation, in promoting parental education and personalized learning. Based on the mathematical proficiency of first-year junior high school students, the foundation conducts diagnostic assessments to provide appropriate teaching materials and guidance, aiming to enhance students' academic performance.
/
After a year of learning, students' scores in the diagnostic assessments increased by an average of 9.5 points, while their scores in the school's three monthly exams improved by an average of 7.6 points. These results clearly demonstrate the tangible impact of the program on students' academic progress.
