Since September 2014, the foundation has collaborated with Jian-An Elementary School in Sanxia District, New Taipei City, introducing the KUMON mathematics program to 46 students from grades 2 to 4. When the partnership was renewed in 2015, the school decided to expand the program’s coverage, allowing 52 students from grades 1 to 6 to participate.

Following the foundation’s principle of "individualized and ability-based learning," each student was provided with tailored learning materials and a personalized study plan.

During the program, the foundation and the school co-hosted an achievement exhibition, where students worked in groups to solve mathematical problems and presented readings on stage.

As the project concluded, 53.8% of the students reached a proficiency level matching their grade level, while 30.6% surpassed their current grade, advancing to more challenging materials.
