This year, with the theme of "The Meaning of Three per Thousand". The lecture will be held in Taipei and Taichung.Three per Thousand or Four per Thousand newborns in Taiwan are born with congenital hearing loss every year. In order to help hearing impairment children, we invite fathers of hearing impairment children to share their thoughts. We hope this book can help parents and children who are facing the same fork in their lives to walk through the journey together.
 

We purchased 421 copies of the book "The Meaning of Three per Thousand" to distribute to attendees.All royalties from the author of this book are donated to the Children's Hearing Foundation.
