ASF—Advanced Student Forum
Every year, KUMON worldwide holds the Advanced Student Forum (ASF) in various locations to recognize outstanding students who have exceeded their grade level by more than four years. This event not only acknowledges the students' continuous perseverance and determination but also encourages every student to strive towards completing the highest and final level of learning materials.
The value of the KUMON method lies in self-learning and exceeding grade levels. Through the ASF award ceremony, we celebrate the exceptional performance of KUMON students in Taiwan and hope to inspire awardees to keep striving towards greater achievements and ultimately completing the final learning materials.
The 2025 ASF Award Ceremony was successfully held across Taiwan in September. We were honored to invite Ms. Winnie Wen Yu Chao, our President, as an award presenter. We were also privileged to have Deputy Commissioner Kuo Ming-Chou of the Taichung City Education Bureau and Supervisor Chen Ming-Li attend the Taichung ASF Award Ceremony.
In addition, several members of our Board of Directors and Supervisors attended ceremonies in different regions, including Director Yu-Yih Hung (Taipei), Supervisor Yu-Cherng Chang (Taoyuan), Director Ren-Zong Wu (Taichung), and Director Hui-Ju Nieh (Kaohsiung). They served as award presenters, encouraging students to continue their hard work and make further progress.
